Booking conditions
Payment
If the booking is made 30 days prior to arrival, there is no deposit.
We will send you an invoice 1 month before arrival.
Payment on invoice 100% before arrival.
If the invoice is not paid by the deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a booking that has already been paid for, we will only refund the full amount if we receive a new guest for the same period.
At arrival
Registration starts at 15:00. If you arrive later than 21:00, please let us know.
Check-out no later than 11:00. Later departure is possible by arrangement.
Good order
We ask that the holiday home is handed over in a tidy condition, as it was before the premises were used, including washing all used crockery, taking out the rubbish and picking up any debris.
We also ask you to tidy up the outdoor barbecue area. Clean the barbecue, wash the barbecue utensils and, if you have brought utensils and accessories from the main house to the outdoor area, bring them back to the house.
If you have booked in advance, you can arrive 24 hours a day. The house is open to our guests at all times.
