Playa del Ajabo sandy beach is within walking distance. The beach is quiet and peaceful, perfect for swimming and relaxing, while there are also beachside cafés and showers.
Privacy
The apartment is located in a small gated residential complex with a swimming pool and recreation area. A courtyard with restricted access provides security and peace of mind. There is a secure parking space in the garage.
Everything you need for life
The apartment has a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette, a washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Clean towels, bed linen and basic household essentials await guests.
Close to grocery stores and transport
There is a small grocery shop downstairs. The nearest shopping centre is a few minutes’ walk away. There are also convenient bus connections to other parts of the island.

The south of Tenerife enjoys warm, summery and sunny weather all year round. Winter temperatures average 22-24°C, summer 26-28°C. It’s the ideal place for a winter holiday or remote work.

Playa Paraiso is a quiet seaside town on the southern coast of Tenerife. It is located in an up-and-coming area with a shopping centre and many restaurants. Evening entertainment is just a walk away.

The apartment is a 35-minute drive from the southern airport, a 10-minute drive from Costa Adeje, and a 15-minute drive from Las Americas.
Comfortable and practical living room with kitchenette
The open-plan living room has a comfortable seating area with a sofa and a TV. In the kitchen you will find a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, crockery, dishwasher, oven, stove and fridge.

Sleeps a total of 5 guests. In addition to the two bedrooms, the living room has a convertible sofa bed. The bedrooms have large wardrobes and remote-controlled ceiling fans.
Spacious balcony
The apartment has a private balcony overlooking the courtyard or the sea (to be specified). Perfect for a morning coffee or to enjoy the sun.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower cubicle with a hand shower. A hairdryer is available for guest use. There is also a washing machine in the storage room.
